Strategic & Growth Initiatives

Work on market entry, expansion, partnerships, and GTM strategy

Founder’s Office Projects





Drive cross-functional initiatives across R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing

New Business & Innovation

Evaluate recent products, pilots, and emerging opportunities

Decision Support

Build analyses, business cases, and leadership-ready narratives

Execution & Ownership

Translate ideas into action — plans, timelines, and outcomes

Who this role is for- 1-4 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, VC, or related roles- Comfortable switching between strategy and execution- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and initiative- Strong communication and storytelling ability- Curiosity about technology, manufacturing, and India’s infrastructure ecosystem- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
