This role sits within the growth engine of the company, driving government and institutional business through tenders, partnerships, and channel ecosystems across India.

You will operate at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and execution — working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to convert opportunities into deployed solutions.

What you’ll work on

Government Business Development

Drive opportunities across central, state, PSU, and smart city projects





Tender & Bid Management

End-to-end handling of GeM, CPPP, and state tenders including compliance and submission

Channel & SI Partnerships

Work with system integrators, EPC players, and distributors to execute projects

Stakeholder Management

Build relationships with government officials, consultants, and decision-makers

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

Drive targets, track pipeline, and manage project lifecycle from bid to payment

Who this role is for- 4-8 years of experience in government / institutional / project sales- Strong understanding of tendering processes (GeM, CPPP, state portals)- Experience working with system integrators, EPC contractors, and channel partners- Background in CCTV, surveillance, IT hardware, or electronic security is preferred- Solid networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex approval processes- Willingness to t
