Job Title: Marketing & Growth Associate Internship

Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Growth Associate Interns to support business development, client outreach, lead generation, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- lead generation and business outreach activities
- Support business growth and client acquisition initiatives
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and reports using Excel/CRM tools
- preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business expansion campaigns
- Conduct basic market research and identify new business opportunities

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking and client coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and online communication tools
- Interest in business development,



sales, and growth strategy

Eligibility:
Freshers, undergraduate students, and recent graduates can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
