Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative and engaging lesson plans that align with the syllabus.
- Assess and evaluate students' understanding through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Foster a learning setting that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
- Provide individual attention and support to students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Maintain student progress records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage students to actively participate in class discussions, debates, and literary activities.
- Stay updated on developments in literature and educational methodologies.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings,



and professional development programs.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with minimum of 2 year of experience required
