Team Coach / Team Leader Operations (RCM | US Shift | Pune)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams across RCM processes such as EBVB, Prior Auth.
- Monitor and drive KPI performance:
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and present reports using Excel and PPT
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end RCM experience:
- At least 1+ year as Team Lead (on papers) OR 2+ years as Team Coach:
- Strong knowledge of RCM processes and KPI management
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work in US shifts (Night)
