Team Leader (Sales/Retention/Collections)

Key Requirements
- Team Leader experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

Experience:
- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Collections: 3 years (preferred)
- Retention Collections: 3 years (preferred)
- Telecom, Utility, sales into Collections: 3 years (preferred)
- International voice process in collections : 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
