Academic & Instructional Leadership
- Curriculum standards: Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous curriculum and learning goals.
- Teacher evaluations: Observe classrooms and review lesson plans to mentor faculty and ensure teaching effectiveness.
- Career development: Organize training workshops and career development opportunities for school staff.
- Data analysis: Monitor student test scores and achievement metrics to adjust learning strategies.

Administrative & Financial Management
- Budget oversight: Create, allocate, and manage the annual school budget and resources.
- Staffing: Interview, hire, and supervise teaching and non-teaching personnel.
- Facilities operations: Oversee school maintenance, order supplies, and manage the daily use of school grounds.
- Compliance: Enforce local, state, and federal education laws, civil regulations, and school board policies.





Student Welfare & Culture
- Safety protocols: Establish and coordinate security procedures, emergency drills, and student safety measures.
- Discipline systems: Enforce school codes of conduct, counsel students, and resolve behavioral issues fairly.
- Inclusive environment: Foster a positive, diverse, and supportive climate that encourages student growth.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Parent relations: Maintain transparent communication, address grievances, and coordinate parent-teacher conferences.
- Public representation: Attend local events, board meetings, and act as the official spokesperson for the school.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
