Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Troubleshoot process problems by addressing operational issues to ensure smooth and effective production and identify and develop process changes to enhance operating reliability, product quality, and resource efficiency.
- Evaluate Process Changes and New Equipment by determine requirements for measurement accuracy for plant instruments and equipment,



work with quality control notifications to find the root cause and define activities to eliminate the probability of recurrence.
- Develop and Implement Control Mechanisms by improve the reliability and efficiency of plant operations, ensure all changes, new processes, and equipment comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, Identify and resolve bottlenecks in plant operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Process, Process safety, Productivity and efficiency,
- Drive continuous improvement, contribute to product, and process optimization and other quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food safety regulations.
- Design, install, and start up new processing or packaging equipment and systems.
