We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement for our growing SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern hiring, can manage end-to-end recruitment, and can help strengthen people processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs across roles and departments.
- Support offer rollout, onboarding coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build strong relationships with employees across teams and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in strengthening HR policies, people processes, and workplace culture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or generalist HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR coordination.




- Good understanding of ATS, HRMS, or HR tech platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is important because Recooty is built around ATS-led hiring workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology company.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation, AI-enabled hiring tools, and HR analytics, which align with Recooty’s product focus.
- Solid LinkedIn presence and experience using LinkedIn for hiring, sourcing, networking, and employer branding.
