We are currently working with a premium experiential hospitality and events destination in Ranchi, known for hosting large-scale celebrations, weddings, and curated experiences. We’re looking for a proactive Client Executive to join NFX Digital and work on-site in Ranchi, acting as the key link between our team and the client, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution across all ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between NFX Digital and the client’s team
- Manage day-to-day coordination, communication, and follow-ups
- Support planning and execution of ongoing projects and initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks, updates, and reports
- Work closely with internal teams to align on requirements and outputs
- Track progress, identify gaps, and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables and touchpoints
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of work experience (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome)
- Highly organized with good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently on-site
- Comfortable working full-time from the client’s office in Ranchi
- Basic understanding of marketing or business processes is a plus
