What you’ll bring:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries, technical issues, and feature requests.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand their business use cases and help configure solutions accordingly.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures to extract or manipulate data as needed.
- Support API integrations by testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting RESTful services.
- Work on cloud-based platforms, primarily AWSand use services like S3, IAM, Lambda, Redshift, SNS, Glue, etc., as part of customer solutions and support.
- Document client interactions, common issues, and solution steps for internal and external reference.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to building a knowledge base and improving support workflows.

How you’ll grow:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL:
