Work Timings:8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed‑oriented Accounting and Tax Executivewith exposure to Australian accounting and tax. The role involves supporting day‑to‑day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, receivables and payables management, preparing tax returns, and processing payroll for Australian clients using cloud‑based accounting and tax software.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate accounting records for Australian clients.
- Handle bank reconciliations on a daily basis and identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of basic BAS and IAS returns with a working understanding of GST compliance.
- Support basic payroll processing activities and maintain awareness of Single Touch Payroll (STP) requirements.
- Assist with superannuation calculations and compliance support.




- Work extensively on Xero and Quickbooks accounting software, which is mandatory, with exposure to MYOB being an added advantage.
- Support month‑end accounting activities and coordinate with senior as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Technical Skills
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and receivables & payables management
- Basic BAS/IAS preparation and GST knowledge
- Hands‑on experience with Xero and Quickbooks Accounting Software (mandatory)
- Exposure to MYOB (also preferred)
- Basic payroll processing and STP awareness
- Superannuation fundamentals
