Job Summary: Weare looking for a skilled and responsible Repairing In-charge to manage all repair-related activities, material flow, and process coordination across departments. The role requires solid technical knowledge along with accountability for repairs, assembling support, and dispatch readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise all repair activities for products and components.
Perform and guide team on soldering, disordering, assembling, and disassembling of products. Diagnose faults and ensure timely and effective repairs. Develop and maintain proper processes for material inward and outward movement across departments.
Coordinate with Production, Assembling, Packaging, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of repaired items, pending repairs, and material usage.Ensure repaired products meet quality standards before dispatch.
Monitor tools, equipment,
and spare parts availability.Train and guide junior technicians on repair techniques and processes.Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the repair section.Take ownership and accountability for repair timelines and output qualityPrepare reports of materials received, used and materials out. Requirements:
Education: Diploma / BE in Electronics (mandatory)
Experience: 4-10 years in electronics repairsHands-on experience in soldering, DE soldering, PCB handlingStrong understanding of electronic components and fault diagnosisAbility to manage processes and coordinate across departments Key Skills:Soldering & De-solderingPCBRepair&TroubleshootingAssembly; &DisassemblyProcess; ManagementInventory & Material Handling TeamCoordination
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
