Purpose of job:
We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced store in charge responsible for managing Stores, Inventory Control, and Dispatch operations ensuring material availability, accurate stock, and on-time customer deliveries. Knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally), GST, e-way bills, and inventory control.
This role reports to Service Centre Manager and would be responsible for:
- Receive, inspect, and post GRN for all incoming materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy (>98%) with proper binning, FIFO/FEFO, and cycle counts
- Issue materials to production as per BOM and maintain traceability.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and coordinate dispatches.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, lashing, and dispatch documentation.





The role would encompass:
Inbound & Stores Operations
- Manage receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming materials.
- Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting with PO-GRN-Invoice matching.
- Coordinate with QA for inspection, NCR, quarantine, and approvals.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, material segregation, labeling, and proper binning.
- Maintain well-organized storage areas, racking systems, and 5S compliance.

Inventory Control & Planning
- Maintain >98% inventory accuracy between physical stock and ERP.
- Manage cycle counting, annual stock audits, variance analysis & corrective actions.
- Maintain Min-Max levels, ROP, safety stocks, and support MRP planning.
- Track slow-moving/non-moving (SLOB) items and initiate disposal/rework recommendations.
- Maintain traceability: batch/lot/serial number records and shelf-life tracking.
