We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, guide students about our courses, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Calling & Lead Handling
- Make outbound calls to interested leads
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally
- Follow up with leads on a daily basis
Student Counselling (Basic Level)
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Schedule demo sessions / campus visits
Lead Management
- Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
- Update call status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure proper tracking of each lead
Coordination
- Coordinate with counselling and admission team
- Ensure smooth handover of interested students
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Daily calling targets
- Number of follow-ups completed
- Demo bookings / walk-ins generated
- Conversion to admissions
