Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day plant operations:
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow
- Identify and handle different millet varieties accurately
- Maintain quality standards across all stages of processing
- Manage and coordinate shop-floor workers:
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company protocols:
- Support production targets and minimize downtime
Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of millets and their processing:
- Ability to work in heat and noisy environments:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills:
- Basic understanding of machine operations
Preferred Experience
- Experience in food processing / manufacturing plants:
- Prior experience in supervisory roles is an added advantage
