Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Payments: Accept cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments, ensuring correct change is given and receipts are issued.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Cash Control: Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of current promotions, sales, and item locations to assist customers.
- Security: Follow all company policies regarding cash handling, coupons, and security procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10th/12th pass
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Solid basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
