Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to understand customer needs for loans and financial products.
- Share details about interest rates, eligibility, and required documents.
- Convert leads into customers by answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Update customer details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (B.Com preferred)
- Valuable communication & soft skills
- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred, not mandatory)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
