Role Overview:
The ARULA Guide & Counselor will serve as the first point of contact for parents with neurodevelopmental concerns. This role involves empathetic communication, guiding parents through ARULA’s approach, providing initial counseling support, and facilitating the onboarding process including booking initial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with parents seeking support for children with neurodevelopmental concerns (e.g., autism, developmental delays, etc.)
- Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance aligned with ARULA’s philosophy and Helping them with Booking initial Assessment process
- Educate parents about ARULA programs and intervention approach
- Handle and convert inquiries into booked initial assessments:
- Manage parent communication across multiple channels:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp/messages
- Video calls
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM systems:
- Follow up with parents to ensure continuity and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of families
- Maintain professionalism, sensitivity,



and confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements: (Non - Negotiable)
- Education: Graduate (Science, Arts, Psychology, Marketing)
- Skills:
- Solid communication skills in Hindi, English, and(Marathi Preferred):
- Good listening skills with an empathetic approach
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations
- Basic counseling and guidance ability (training can be provided)
- Technical Skills:
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Tech-savvy (handling calls, video platforms, messaging tools, CRM tool, Excel sheet)
- Other:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple parent interactions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in counseling, education, Sales or customer support is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
