Make outbound calls from leads gathered to promote our housing units - Plots, Flats & Villas.

Handle inbound calls generated thorough Marketing activities and explain features of the projects to customers.

Provide required help and support to customers in deciding the product to suit their needs.

Persuade customers, answer clarifications, schedule site visits / interaction with Sales Team Members for further clarifications.

Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients for site visits and conversion.

Recording and maintain database of customer details, interactions, feedback, and sales activities for current and future use

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate with min. 1 year of experience working as Tele caller / Customer Support for a real estate company.

Positive communication skills

Knowledge of CRM Software
