Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary:
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field

Relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Ensure adherence to statutory safety regulations and company policies

Handle shop-floor workforce and enforce safety discipline

Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports

Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs

Coordinate with management for continuous safety improvements

Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports

Key Skills:




Solid leadership and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and workforce handling skills

In-depth knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
