Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and technology, allowing us to serve a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, engineering, automobile, and pharmaceutical companies.

Roles & Resposibility:
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or documentation issues that may be delaying payment.
- Searching new clients to increase our client base across industries
- Provide weekly reports to management on collection status and pending dues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, quotations, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure calibration services are delivered as per the client's timeline.




- Maintain an organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Excel database of all client interactions.
- Prepare and process formal proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
- Collect market intelligence: competitor offerings, pricing, and customer feedback and share with management weekly.

Explain company services:
- Calibration scope and periodic calibration needs
- AMC / annual calibration and certification packages.
- Maintain a daily visit tracker (in Google Sheet/CRM) with details of the meeting, interest level (hot/warm/cold), next action, and expected closure date.
- Achieve monthly targets for hot leads, proposals, and closures as agreed.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers for repeat calibration.

Qualification
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field (commercial/marketing background preferred)
- 1-3 years in B2B sales / industrial mark
