Role SummaryThe QC Chemist in the R&D; department is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products developed during research and development activities. This role involves executing analytical testing, method validation, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems. The QC Chemist collaborates closely with formulation scientists and process development teams to support product innovation, troubleshoot quality issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies. Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on R&D; products or prototypes.
- Develop and implement QC procedures to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D; teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze data to track product quality trends and make improvements.
- Maintain documentation of QC processes and results.




- Participate in the development of new testing methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior QC staff.

Skills
- B.Pharma/Diploma or any related in Medical degree
- Proven experience in quality control within an R&D; workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in testing and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to evolving R&D; projects and priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
