Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete operation of ETP & ZLD systems including RO, MEE, ATFD, and Evaporators:
- Monitor and control critical parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TDS, MLSS:
- Ensure Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) compliance as per pollution control norms
- Supervise shift manpower and maintain daily log sheets, reports, and records:
- Coordinate with production team for smooth and continuous plant operation:
- Identify and troubleshoot plant issues to minimize downtime:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and process efficiency:
- Manage and optimize chemical dosing and consumption
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of ETP & ZLD operations:
- Experience in handling RO, MEE, ATFD systems:
- Good understanding of wastewater treatment processes:
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or related field
Salary:
As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
