Job overview:
Partner with LCM and PDP to support people and team development by:
- Delivering and ensuring access to relevant learning programs
- Ensuring training is effective and well-executed
- Maintaining professionalism of internal and external trainers
- Advising on continuous improvement of learning offerings
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. Having experiences in Training is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing setting is preferable
