We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to independently manage all Preschool operations at our Kayo, Perungudi centre. This is a centre manager-level role you will own the floor, the team, and the parent relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of daycare operations (Student care, toddler, after-school programs)
- Supervise and mentor daycare staff; maintain staff-to-child ratios per standards
- Build and maintain solid parent relationships; handle escalations with empathy
- Ensure safety, hygiene, nutrition, and child well-being protocols are strictly followed
- Drive daycare enrolments through parent tours, counselling, and community engagement
- Maintain daily child records, attendance, incident logs, and progress reports
- Coordinate with the preschool coordinator for seamless centre operations
- Implement and track curriculum activities aligned with Kayo’s philosophy

What We're Looking For




- Minimum 5 years of experience in a daycare or early childhood care setting
- Prior experience in a leadership/coordinator role at a reputed brand such as KLAY, Learning Curve, Kangaroo Kids, EuroKids, Kidzee, Podar Jumbo Kids, Footprints, or equivalent:
- Strong understanding of infant/toddler developmental milestones
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.
- Calm, nurturing temperament with the ability to manage teams under pressure
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or related field preferred
- Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Excel intermediate understanding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- daycare or early childhood care: 2 years (preferred)
