Job Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG / Packaged Drinking Water

About the Company
Aqualay is a newly established packaged drinking water brand focused on delivering safe, high-quality drinking water across Haridwar and nearby regions. We are building a strong distribution network and looking for dynamic sales professionals to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territories
- Visit retail outlets, hotels, offices, and institutions to generate orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure timely payment collection and order fulfillment
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Maintain daily reporting of sales and field visits
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Beverage preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market (Haridwar & nearby areas preferred)
