In this role, you will interact directly with students and parents, understand their academic aspirations, and guide them toward suitable academic programs in the following:
- Science Programs - NEET, JEE, CET:
- Commerce Programs - CA Foundation
As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in helping students make informed academic decisions while contributing to admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents regarding academic programs, career pathways, and admission processes
- Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, follow-ups, and marketing-generated leads
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through consistent communication
- Conduct regular follow-ups to support and complete the admission process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records and student information through CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students
- Deliver a professional and positive counseling experience throughout the admission journey
1-3 years of experience in:
- Admission Counseling
- Student Counseling
- Business Development
- Sales / Relationship Management
- Educational Counseling
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in interacting with students and parents
