Job Summary

Retail Assistant - Delivery & Support to assist in daily store operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role requires a balance of in-store support and fieldwork, contributing to smooth store functioning and customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Store Operations Support
- Assist in day-to-day store activities including billing support, stock handling, and shelf arrangement
- Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of the store
- Support pharmacists/store in-charge in routine operational tasks
- Help in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock

2. Order Processing & Packing
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Ensure correct labeling and documentation of orders
- Coordinate with store staff for timely order readiness

3. Delivery Management
- Deliver products to customers safely and within the defined timelines




- Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely service
- Collect payments (if applicable) and update delivery status
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and customer interactions

4. Customer Service
- Provide courteous and skilled interaction with customers during deliveries and in-store
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

5. Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper handling of products, especially medicines and sensitive items
- Adhere to traffic rules and safe driving practices during deliveries.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.88 per month
