Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Navi Mumbai. You will act as the Sales Control Towersupporting the sales team by ensuring strong coordination, timely proposals, clean CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-ups, and smooth collaboration with internal teams (Ops/Finance).

Your work will directly impact deal velocity,



customer experience, and the team’s ability to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM: lead stages, notes, next actions, and follow-up schedules
- Manage proposal/quotation coordination: collect inputs, track approvals, share final documents with clients
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, client calls, and follow-ups to improve closure speed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses, accurate communication, and professional coordination
- Prepare sales trackers and basic MIS reports (weekly pipeline, quotes sent, follow-ups due, closures status)
- Maintain sales documentation: proposals, company profile, work orders, client communication trails
