Job Title: Appointment Setter (US Outbound Process | Base + Incentives)
Location: Remote (Night Shift)
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based customers
- Conduct surveys and collect accurate responses
- Identify interested prospects and live transfer calls
- Follow provided scripts and communication guidelines
- Maintain updates of the customers
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in calling/sales
- Basic English communication skills (spoken)
- Comfortable working night shifts (US process)
- Willingness to handle high call volume and rejection
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year commitment
