Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices in a timely manner
- Manage accounts payable and perform regular reconciliations
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in compliance with legal and company accounting standards
- Review expenses, payroll records, and other financial documents as assigned
- Maintain and update financial data in accounting systems and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports
- Support senior accountants in monthly and annual closing processes
- Assist with audits and other accounting projects as required
- Handle GST compliance, tax entries, and filing activities
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm
- Proven work experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of GST regulations and tax filing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
