About the Role:
The Program Associate will play a key role in designing, building and upgrading the curriculum at AIC-NMIMS. This role focuses on research, development,



curriculum and structural design of programs. You will ensure our programs remain at the cutting edge of the global ecosystem by benchmarking against top-tier schools and translating complex needs into actionable learning modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and structure programs. Lead the design, research & curriculum development of learning modules for programs, ensuring a logical progression from ideation to market-ready models.
- Conduct competitive analysis and extensive research into emerging trends to integrate relevant findings, case studies and technical frameworks into the curriculum.
- Continuously improve program frameworks based on feedback and ecosystem trends.
- Build standardized program modules and solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of domestic and international programs to identify curriculum gaps and competitive advantages.
