A Food and Beverage (F&B;) Service Team Member ensures guest satisfaction by taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and handling payments. Key duties include upselling menu items, adhering to health and safety standards, setting up/clearing tables, and resolving guest issues efficiently. Good Flippin' Burgers +2Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering questions about menu items, offering recommendations, and providing prompt, courteous service throughout the dining experience.
- Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately taking food/beverage orders and transmitting them to the kitchen, then serving items promptly.
- Station Setup & Cleaning: Cleaning tables between customers, preparing dining areas before service, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.
- Billing & Payments: Processing guest payments accurately using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.




- Menu Knowledge & Upselling: Developing in-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and allergens to assist guests and increase sales.
- Operational Support: Assisting with inventory management, replenishing supplies, and coordinating with kitchen staff for timely service.

- Reporting maintenance needs to supervisors.
