Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle front-end sales, assist customers, and ensure a smooth service experience at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Handle counter sales and billing transactions
- Provide product/service information and recommend options
- Maintain display, cleanliness, and stock at the counter
- Coordinate with kitchen/store team for order fulfillment
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Upsell products and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (Hospitality/Retail preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Presentable and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in shifts
