We are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented and proactive individual to join our academy in Devlali Camp. This is a full-time role requiring a blend of excellent communication, sales (counseling) and creative social media skills. You will be the first point of contact for parents and students, ensuring a smooth admission process and maintaining our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Counseling & Sales: Handling walk-in inquiries and tele-calling. Explaining course structures and fees effectively to convert leads into admissions.
- Parent Management: Addressing parent concerns and maintaining a high level of satisfaction to ensure student retention.
- Social Media Management: Creating engaging reels, posting regular updates and managing the academy’s presence on Instagram/Facebook.
- Admin & Coordination: Managing the Director’s appointments and daily schedule. Keeping the management updated on all daily activities.
- Office Management: Maintaining records of fees, student attendance and Miscellaneous tasks.
- Coordinate with staff and teachers,



over question paper collection and daily tasks.
- Coordinate with external schools to establish partnerships by visiting them regularly Additional incentives or bonuses will be provided based on successful tie-ups.

Requirements:
Location: Must be willing to work at Deolali Camp (Compulsory).

Skills: Strong convincing power, fluent communication and proficiency in using social media tools (Instagram Reels, Canva, etc.).Must be comfortable with daily telecalling and target-based work.
- Attitude: Highly organized, punctual and a "people person."

Job Details
- Timing: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Full time).
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (Fixed).
- Travel: No traveling allowance provided.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
