Job Overview

We are looking for a Dispatcher with experience in US logistics operations to coordinate shipments, manage drivers, and ensure timely and productive delivery of loads.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign loads to drivers as per schedules
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients for smooth operations
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle route planning and resolve operational issues
- Maintain records of dispatch activities and updates
- Work closely with operations teams to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US logistics/dispatch operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of logistics tools and systems is preferred
- Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift - Onsite)
- Working Days: 5 days a week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
