Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vertical injection molding machines efficiently and safely
- Set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an injection molding machine operator (vertical preferred)
- Basic knowledge of molds, materials, and machine settings
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Robust attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
