We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Education Tele caller cum Educational Counsellor who can handle student inquiries, guide them about courses, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with students/leads from various sources
- Understand students’ academic background and career goals
- Guide them in choosing the right course/program
- Explain course details, fees structure, and benefits clearly
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve admission targets and monthly goals
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Schedule counselling sessions (online/offline)

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English):




- Strong convincing and counselling ability:
- Basic knowledge of education/courses (Commerce, UG, PG, ACCA, etc.):
- Good phone etiquette and confidence:
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, calling tools)

Qualifications:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any stream preferred)
- Experience in telecalling / counselling / sales is a plus
- Freshers with good communication can also apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
