Ashirwad Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to support production coordination and follow-up activities for export orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily production follow-ups with factory departments
- Coordinate with fabric, printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, and packing teams
- Maintain and update PO sheets, production trackers, and Excel reports
- Follow up on fabric status, production timelines, and pending processes
- Support merchandising team in execution of export orders
- Coordinate internally to ensure production priorities are maintained
- Assist in tracking dispatch timelines and order status
- Maintain organized records and production updates
- Escalate delays and bottlenecks proactively
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, production coordination, or factory follow-up roles
- Experience in home têxtiles, baby products, garments, or related manufacturing preferred
- Positive knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Fast learner with multitasking ability
- Comfortable working extensively on the factory floor
