Ashirwad Exim Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly hands-on Factory Operations & Production Manager to manage end-to-end production planning and factory execution.

This role is primarily factory-floor driven and requires strong coordination between merchandising, printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth production flow and on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end factory operations from fabric inward to final dispatch
- Plan and prioritize production department-wise based on shipment timelines and material availability
- Coordinate daily with printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch departments
- Work closely with merchandising teams to align production priorities and dispatch schedules
- Monitor factory floor operations, line efficiencies,



manpower allocation, and daily production targets
- Manage supervisors, line masters, and departmental teams across the factory
- Identify production bottlenecks and resolve operational issues proactively
- Ensure smooth movement of fabrics, panels, trims, and accessories between departments
- Improve factory planning, workflow management, and operational efficiencies
- Maintain production tracking systems and daily reporting
- Ensure dispatch timelines and quality standards are achieved consistently

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience
- Experience in apparel, home têxtiles, baby products, soft toys, or export manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of factory planning and floor management
- Hands-on management style with strong worker handling capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments and processes simultaneously
