Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead daily showroom operations, achieve sales targets, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service standards at the Lee Store.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations and daily activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) and store presentation standards
- Handle billing, cash management, and stock control
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and staff discipline
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store

Requirements:




- Minimum Graduate
- 3-5 years of retail showroom experience
- Prior experience in apparel/fashion retail preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of sales operations and team handling
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Salary

As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
