Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter physician charges into the billing system based on encounter forms, operative notes, and provider documentation.
- Ensure charges are correctly linked with patient demographics, insurance, and provider details.
- Review charge documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify and report missing, incorrect, or unclear charge information.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with coding, billing, and AR teams to resolve charge-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient data confidentiality standards.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation as per organizational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 1 to 2 years of experience in Charge Entry / Physician Billing.
- Strong working knowledge of NextGen and Epic billing software.
- Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
