Role: E-commerce Manager
Manage and grow sales on Amazon and Flipkart for an educational publishing company.
What You Will Do
- Handle Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Create and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
- Manage orders, returns, and daily operations
- Work with FBA and FBF to ensure quick delivery and platform badges
- Track inventory and coordinate restocking
- Run ads on Amazon and Flipkart (PPC)
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and keywords
- Share weekly sales reports
- Resolve listing, account, and customer issues
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts
- Strong knowledge of FBA, FBF, and marketplace operations
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Quick problem-solving and clear communication
- Willing to work from office in Kandivali West
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are an advantage
Salary
Rs. 18,000 to 25,000 per month (based on experience)
