We are looking for a motivated and hands-on operator to join our team at our BEADS installation in Perundurai.

Role Overview

The BEADS Plant Operator will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and data recording of the BEADS system installed at the client site. The role involves routine plant operation,



basic troubleshooting, sample collection, parameter tracking, and supporting performance improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities Plant Operation & Monitoring
- Operate the BEADS system as per the standard operating procedure.
- Monitor flow, pumps, valves, recirculation, inlet/outlet conditions, and system performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the unit at site.
- Coordinate with site personnel for effluent availability and operational requirements.

Data Recording & Reporting
- Record daily operational data such as flow rate, pH, COD/BOD sampling details, voltage/current readings, water levels, pump running hours, and other process parameters.
- Maintain proper logbooks and digital records.
- Share daily/weekly updates with the JSP Enviro technical team.
- Support preparation of performance reports based on field data.
