Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver structured and engaging lessons in English for NDA and board-level students (11th & 12th).
- Cover key areas such as grammar, vocabulary, comprehension,



error detection, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and assessments aligned with NDA and board patterns.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes for weaker students.
- Monitor student performance through regular tests and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain discipline and create a focused classroom setting.
- Collaborate with faculty members and management for smooth academic execution.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and guide parents on student progress.
- Maintain high standards of teaching ethics and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience in coaching for NDA or other competitive exams will be preferred.
