Job Description - Project Head Fire Fighting Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of fire fighting projects.
- Supervise installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, firefighting pump, and fire alarm systems.
- Plan project schedules, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety norms and industry standards.
- Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor staff.
- Prepare project reports, billing updates, work progress reports, and documentation.
- Handle client meetings, project planning, and execution strategies.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning,



and handover of fire fighting systems.
- Support management in improving project efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in Fire Fighting System Installation & Project Execution.
- Strong knowledge of hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, and fire alarm systems.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams effectively.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Safety Engineering.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
