Job Title: Computer Operator (Solar Projects & Documentation)Job Summary

The Computer Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry, maintaining project files, and tracking solar plant performance. This role acts as a bridge between the on-site technical team and office management by ensuring all solar installation data, customer files, and inventory records are accurate, digitized, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry & File Management ("Solar Files")
- Maintain Solar Project Files: Create and update digital and physical files for residential, commercial, or utility-scale solar projects (including site surveys, customer KYC, and structural designs).
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate and maintain records of client invoices, vendor bills, and quotation drafts using MS Excel or accounting software.

2. Solar Plant Monitoring & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Access solar monitoring portals (SCADA or inverter apps) to download daily/weekly energy generation logs.

3. Inventory & Coordination
- Stock Tracking: Keep digital logs of solar panels, inverters,



structures, cables, and other Balance of System (BOS) components.
- Team Support: Coordinate with on-site technicians to digitize material requisition slips and site completion certificates.

4. General Office & IT Support
- Perform regular data backups to prevent the loss of critical project data.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (ITI-COPA, Diploma in Computers, or BCA is a plus).
- Experience: 0-3 years (Prior experience in a solar, construction, or electrical company is a major advantage, but freshers can apply).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, tables, formatting) and MS Word.
- _Optional:_ Basic knowledge of ERP software, Tally, or Solar Monitoring Portals.
- Soft Skills: High typing speed, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
