Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and order status
- Guide customers in choosing the right size, style, and fit
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support (preferably in fashion/e-commerce)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms is a plus




- Positive understanding of online sales channels and customer behavior
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
