Position Overview:
The Workday EIB Specialist is responsible for managing End-to-End EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads across Hire-to-Retire processes, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and zero escalations.



The role involves close collaboration with operations, integrations, and support teams to deliver high-quality Workday data loads and continuous process improvements.

You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage Workday EIB loads across Hire-to-Retire business processes.
- Understand Workday business processes and execute EIB loads as per approved configuration workbooks.
- Handle EIB load volumes through ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design, test, and validate recent EIB templates in Sandbox environments based on business requirements.
- Analyze and support inbound and outbound integrations to/from Workday.
- Troubleshoot inbound EIB issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when required.
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in ServiceNow.
- Manage red alerts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
